About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Campus Infrastructure and Management to provide strategic and operational leadership for the physical campus, facilities, and related administrative services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term campus infrastructure strategies, ensuring the safe, efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of university facilities, and overseeing all aspects of campus infrastructure, including executive oversight of facilities operations, maintenance, grounds, utilities, custodial services, and campus transportation. This role also involves leading the development and implementation of campus master plans, infrastructure assessments, and capital improvement priorities, as well as partnering with external entities on construction and infrastructure projects. Candidates for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience. The role requires the ability to manage departmental and capital project budgets, negotiate and manage contracts, and ensure compliance with various regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, construction, or a related field, and be adept at utilizing data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make recommendations. Additionally, the role demands a focus on sustainability initiatives, the ability to develop and manage departmental budgets, and a commitment to supporting the company's enrollment, student experience, and community engagement initiatives.
