Job Description

Harbor Village is seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Receptionist Part Time to support front‑desk operations during a short‑term staffing need. This role ensures a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and callers while maintaining smooth daily office functions.

Key Responsibilities

Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional, friendly manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor logs and follow front‑desk security procedures
Assist with resident inquiries and basic service requests
Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling
Support management with day‑to‑day office needs

Qualifications

Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
Basic computer and phone system proficiency
Dependable, punctual, and professional
