RN Unit Manager We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Magnolia Rehab and Longterm Care in Columbia, TN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including mentoring, coaching, and development planning Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives Conduct rounds and observes nursing care delivery to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Participate in the development of resident care plans and ensure that care is delivered in a respectful and dignified manner Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and respect among all staff members Monitor and report on unit performance, including quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet the needs of the unit Requirements: Current RN license and registration in the State of Tennessee Minimum of 0 years of experience as an RN Unit Manager or in a related leadership role Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to demonstrate exceptional judgment and decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and families Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity Commitment to providing care with dignity and respect for all residents and staff members On- call rotation What We Offer: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team Professional development and growth opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Magnoliahcrehab
