Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person.

Assist customers with policy changes and general account support.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Strong communication skills and a passion for people.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.

Results Driven

Property & Casualty licensed.

Bilingual Preferred, but not required.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
