You'll sort, price, stock merchandise, keep the store clean and organized, and provide great customer service.What You'll DoGreet donors and customers; provide friendly, helpful serviceReceive and unload donations; provide receiptSort and inspect items to determine sellabilityPrice merchandise and prepare items for the sales floorStock shelves, racks, and displays to meet daily goalOperate the cash register and complete purchasesKeep sales floor, fitting rooms, and work areas clean and organizedAssist with loading/unloading deliveries as neededWhat We're Looking ForStrong customer service and communication skillsReliable, team-oriented, and able to work independentlyBasic math skills and comfort using a registerOrganized and able to multitask in a busy environmentRetail experience is helpful, but not requiredPhysical RequirementsStand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periodsLift and carry up to 30 lbs regularlyPerform repetitive tasks and use hands/fingers for register and sortingWork EnvironmentRetail store setting with moderate noise; active, hands-on role.Additional Information: Must follow safety procedures, maintain regular attendance, and perform other duties as needed.At Goodwill, we'll help you reach your potential while you help others reach theirs.
