Available opportunities Waitlist for Full Time Shift options Full Time 3p-11p; includes every other weekend Weekend Warrior – Full time (higher premium rate) Day/Evening shifts Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse Administer treatments and maintain documentation. Complete assessments to determine resident’s needs. Provide counseling to patients’ families regarding nursing needs. Ensure patient records are accurate and complete. Adhere to security measures to protect patient information. Manage discharge documents, health history forms, admission/discharge documents. Perform all other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing. Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse Must have an active RN license in the state of PA. RN experience in LTC/SNF preferred.
