This position plays a critical role in ensuring finished products meet quality standards while supporting efficient production flow.

Finishing Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.25 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift
- This position follows a rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule.
- Operate finishing machinery according to production schedules and specifications
- Load fabric rolls onto equipment and perform sewing or thermal seam splicing
- Set up machinery and adjust settings as needed for production efficiency
- Accurately document machine adjustments and production activity
- Complete production and downtime reports
- Package, label, and stage finished products for shipment or storage
Finishing Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of machine operator experience in manufacturing or production
- Ability to read and follow operational instructions and safety procedures
- Basic computer skills for production data entry
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to identify product defects and troubleshoot issues
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
