Guest Services - Driver

Job Details Job Location: 532 - Osage Beach Margaritaville - Osage Beach, MO 65065 Position Type: Full Time Pay: $15.00 per hour Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age Reports to: Bell Captain / Front Office Manager Must have a Class E Driver’s License. Responsibilities Escort incoming guests to rooms. Assist guests with luggage. Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate. Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc. Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions. Deliver messages and run errands. Transport guests about property on van or golf cart. Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks. Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Qualifications Must have a Class E Driver’s License. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the English language. Consistent high standard of customer service and hospitality. Accurate reporting of information. Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures. Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care. Excellent organizational skills. Adaptable to high‑pressure conditions and open to change. Maintain a positive demeanor. Assume personal growth and development responsibility. Conduct professional appearance and dress. Express ideas and convey information clearly, effectively, and professionally. Actively listen to others. Physical Requirements Minimum lifting & pulling of 25 pounds. Perform pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity tasks. Hearing, writing, typing. May be required to undergo drug and/or alcohol test.
