Location: Devens, MA
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
- Operate corrugator & converting machines to produce corrugated packaging.
- Perform routine maintenance and adjust machine settings to achieve desired product dimensions and quality.
- Inspect products for defects and take corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals safely and with quality products.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Assist with tasks such as loading and unloading materials or operating other machinery.
- Mentor new team members.
Requirements:
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work safely in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
- Ability to read and understand basic English.
- Attention to detail, ability to read a tape measure, and identify product defects.
- Experience with high-speed, high-volume work.
- Willingness to work required overtime, including Saturdays.
