Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Calibration Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine calibration and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning instrumentation to ensure accuracy.
• Document calibration results and maintain detailed records in the calibration management system.
• Develop and revise calibration procedures in accordance with industry standards and internal protocols.
• Analyze calibration data to identify trends and recommend improvements to calibration intervals.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve measurement-related issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, metrology, mechanical engineering technology).
• 2-4 years of experience performing calibration of various measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including schematics, blueprints, and calibration procedures.
• Strong understanding of measurement principles, uncertainty, and the application of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.1).
• Experience with calibration software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
