Clinical Trials Project Manager

Providing operational leadership for investigator-initiated clinical trials, the full-time Clinical Trials Project Manager will manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables while working remotely. Key responsibilities Directs the development and management of clinical trial processes in compliance with regulations and institutional policies Identifies and analyzes barriers in clinical trial processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency Collaborates with Principal Investigators and Clinical Research Managers to assess and implement oncology trials, ensuring timely study activation and compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic/scientific field Minimum of four years of experience in clinical research or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and relevant regulations Experience managing project budgets and resources effectively Proven ability to communicate proactively and provide customer service-focused support
