Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs.
• Explain coverage options and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Generate new business through customer outreach, referrals, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers.
• Review existing customer accounts to identify additional coverage needs and sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service while building long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work with team members to meet individual and agency sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable talking with customers, asking questions, and recommending solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus.

Active insurance license preferred; candidates must be willing and able to obtain the applicable Washington state insurance licenses prior to start date. We will reimburse licensing fees if needed.
