Job Description Job Description Our organization is in search of a caring and committed Family Medicine Physician to become part of our team in Naperville, IL, located in the western suburbs of Chicago. As a Family Medicine Physician with us, you will deliver outstanding, patient-focused care to individuals and families of all ages. Your role will involve managing a wide range of health concerns, both acute and chronic, while also emphasizing wellness and preventive care. The ideal candidate will prioritize high-quality care and foster strong relationships with patients in a clinic environment. Become part of a team consisting of 3 Family Medicine Physicians. Clinic operating hours: Mondays and Thursdays from 8 AM to 6 PM; Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8 AM to 5 PM; Fridays from 8 AM to 4 PM. On-call duties: 1 week of call 3-4 times annually. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals. Hospital privileges at a local facility. Access to standard primary care equipment, a procedure room, and onsite laboratory services. Support from nursing staff and certified medical assistants. Utilization of the EPIC electronic health record system. Compensation range: $261,815 - $332,390. Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine. Possession of a valid Illinois medical license or the ability to obtain one.
