This is a hands‑on warehouse leadership opportunity with a clear long‑term path toward increased responsibility as current leadership transitions toward retirement. The ideal Warehouse Lead brings strong warehouse operations experience, equipment expertise, inventory accuracy, and the ability to support and guide team members in a fast‑paced industrial environment. Required Experience & Skills Extensive warehouse experience Strong hands‑on experience operating Sit‑Down Forklifts and Overhead Cranes Knowledge of Material Test Reports (MTRs) Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and ERP software Experience loading and unloading semi‑trucks Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated leadership ability or strong leadership potential Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily warehouse operations with accuracy, efficiency, and safety Operate Sit‑Down Forklifts and Overhead Cranes confidently and safely Load and unload semi‑trucks in indoor and outdoor work environments Read and interpret Material Test Reports (MTRs) and related documentation Utilize warehouse computer systems and assist with ERP‑based inventory processes Perform data entry, inventory tracking, and record maintenance Support warehouse team members with workflow coordination and operational needs Help maintain productivity, organization, and operational efficiency across the warehouse Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines Additional Information Leadership growth opportunity with advancement potential Temp‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term stability Second‑chance employer (backgrounds reviewed case‑by‑case) Medical Marijuana cards accepted Steel‑toe boots required (jeans permitted) Work Environment Industrial warehouse / material handling environment.
