Sanitation Associate- Night Shift

Join Our Team as a Sanitation Associate!
Are you ready to play a vital role in keeping a fast-paced warehouse clean and safe? We're looking for dedicated Sanitation Associates to join our dynamic beverage distribution team!
What You'll Do:
- Remove trash and debris from the warehouse floor
- Sweep and mop warehouse and break room areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols
- Adapt to changing tasks and support team members to meet production goals
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2x2x3 schedule (includes 2 weekends per month)
- Hours: 4:45 PM to 5:00 AM
- Flexibility required for rotating shifts and mandatory overtime
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds multiple times per shift
- Comfortable standing and staying active for long periods
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or sanitation experience is a bonus
