Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health concerns, strengths, and psychosocial dynamics.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are comprehensive and tailored to each client’s goals and needs.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and belonging for clients.
- Conduct crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans in response to critical situations.
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatments, aligning with ethical and legal standards for mental health practices.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay current with therapeutic practices and advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, supplemented by a sign-on bonus.
