What you will be doing Safety is #1 priority: a condition of employment which entails following and enforcing plantwide safety procedures, environmental regulations, and guidelines for the safety of all employees and for the environment. Ensure that the press continues to run. Retrieve racks on wheels. Set oven to correct temperature and time. Any other duties as assigned.

What will make you successful? Required Education/Experience: No High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Must meet all minimal physical requirements. High involvement in floor activities. Must be certified forklift operator. Must be able to communicate effectively with subordinates, co-workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form. Must be able to understand and follow all instructions: both written and verbal. Must be able to work with other team members and departments.
