As a Sales Associate located in Lakeway, you will be the first point of contact for customers and dogs, building relationships, delivering an exceptional experience, and selling memberships & retail products only when dogs need supplemental support. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable and good at multi-tasking. We believe in career development and top performers in this role have advancement opportunities. We're looking for someone with strong communication and people skills to engage with customers and build relationships, a love for dogs, a sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions, and who is proactive and coachable, with a desire to learn and grow. Retail, restaurant, or membership-based sales experience is a plus.

What you'll do includes building strong relationships with dog parents and providing outstanding customer service, promoting and scheduling first-time visits to introduce customers to our services, ensuring dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for dogs, driving membership & retail product sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine dog wellness care, and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
