What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to a low-acuity resident population (average 5052 residents)
- Monitor residents' health status, administer medications, and document care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
- Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure resident well-being
- Assist with resident assessments and contribute to shift reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies
- Support residents' daily living needs with compassion and professionalism
What You Need:
- Current RN license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Commitment to providing quality, patient-centered care
