Andover, MA, USA Job Description Posted Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 4:00 AM Installation team in Boston-Andover plays a key role in delivering high‑quality shower installation and bath remodel experiences to customers. Responsibilities Oversee installation teams to install our products effectively and profitably. Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for warehouse operations and pre‑installation measurement. Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees. Provide employees with training on role requirements, working relationships, and company culture. Coach employees to increase their effectiveness and meet expectations. Continuously improve systems and processes used to deliver outputs. Interact with other company managers to support and improve the customer journey. Qualifications Experience in installation, construction, and home remodeling industry. Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success and employee engagement. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
