Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychiatric and psychosocial assessments to establish a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s unique mental health needs. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based practices that cater to individual, couples, and family therapy. \n
- Deliver various therapeutic modalities, including individual and group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, social skills development, and assertiveness training to enhance patients' interpersonal skills. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions in our electronic health record system, following organizational policies and procedures. \n
- Monitor and analyze outcome measurements to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal patient care. \n
- Collaborate consistently with referral sources and other members of the patient’s clinical team to coordinate care and provide holistic support. \n
- Conduct follow-up evaluations to assess patient progress and modify therapeutic approaches as necessary. \n
Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related field is required. \n
- An active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential. \n
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field is necessary to ensure competency in providing quality care. \n

- Excellent time management capabilities to efficiently handle a varied caseload. \n
- Residency in Washington State is a prerequisite for this position due to licensure regulations and community-centric care focus. \n
