CNC Machine OperatorProduces machined parts by setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.ResponsibilitiesSet up and run CNC machines using blueprints and instructions.Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Troubleshoot issues and adjust machine settings as needed.Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.Follow safety guidelines and maintain production records.Essential SkillsExperience in CNC and machine operation, including lathe and mill.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.Prior machine operating or CNC experience or schooling.Additional Skills & QualificationsCAD/CAM experience, including Mastercam, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks.G-code editing capabilities.Knowledge of precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).Experience in multi-axis machining and tooling setup/optimization.Skills in preventative maintenance and basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.CNC or trade school certification (NIMS, OSHA a plus).Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and reliability.Why Work Here?Enjoy a full complement of benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and travel insurance, disability insurance, a flexible spending account, and a 401K plan. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
