Team members collaborate to provide high-quality, outcome-focused care. Role Description The Licensed Acupuncturist is a full-time, on-site role based in Holly Springs, and Durham, NC. The individual in this role will conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assess health concerns, and develop personalized treatment plans using acupuncture and related modalities. Daily responsibilities include performing acupuncture treatments, applying moxibustion when appropriate, recommending herbal support, and monitoring patient progress over time. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients on treatment goals and home care, and coordinating with other practitioners as needed. The Licensed Acupuncturist is expected to uphold clinical safety standards, support a positive patient experience, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, with the ability to design and deliver individualized treatment plans. Clinical skills in Medicine relevant to integrative or complementary care, including basic patient assessment and case management. Hands-on experience with Moxibustion and the safe use of Herbs in therapeutic settings. Active state license as an Acupuncturist (or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina) and completion of an accredited acupuncture or Oriental Medicine program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, explain treatment options clearly, and maintain professional boundaries. Attention to detail in clinical documentation and adherence to ethical, legal, and safety standards in patient care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and provide a high level of customer service to a diverse patient population. Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or spa setting and familiarity with skin rejuvenation therapies is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
