Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 6 AM start time. Must be able to work up to 12 hours and Saturdays as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Production Associates helps in the manufacturing and production process. This role varies based on the needs of the company and often includes operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, problem‑solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols. Quality Control and packaging of finished products Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work in a non‑temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands Qualifications The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodations. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, and perform physical movements. The associate is required to stand, walk, and work on concrete surfaces for the duration of the shift. All workstations on the plant floor requires the use of protective eyewear and hearing protection; some workstations require additional safety equipment such as gloves, aprons and arm guards. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist. Minimum of 12 months experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum age of 18 years.
