The Blended Healing Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing essential mental health services to individuals and families at our hospice center in Chandler, Arizona. Work Environment\nThis role happens within a remote setting, meaning that you will have the flexibility to manage your workspace and schedule while still being part of a dynamic team. Interaction with clients and collaboration with colleagues will primarily take place through video conferencing and telehealth platforms, ensuring continuity of care and support without geographical limitations. While this position typically allows for a standard workweek, there may be occasions where evening or weekend work is needed to best serve client schedules.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific situations. \n
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy. \n
- Consistently monitor client progress towards treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes. \n
- Engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary mental health teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, ensuring comprehensive care for every client. \n
- Provide crisis intervention support during acute emotional distress, employing skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate aid. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation that reflects all client interactions, therapy sessions, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations. \n
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment strategies to provide high-quality care. \n
Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing significant emotional challenges due to life transitions, including those in hospice care facing end-of-life issues. You will provide support to individuals coping with grief, loss, relationship difficulties, and complex emotional responses to chronic illness or impending death. The vulnerability of this population mandates a high level of compassion, patience, and skill in navigating sensitive discussions, all aimed at promoting peace and resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, possessing a strong foundation in clinical techniques. \n
- A valid and current LCSW license in Arizona, demonstrating your capability to practice clinical social work. \n

- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team, managing time and resources effectively. \n
