Production Assembler

Production Team MemberAt ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As part of our Production team, you'll help build and assemble high-quality products designed to perform in demanding environments.Like working with your hands and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day? This could be the job for you.Our Day Shift Production team works Monday–Thursday, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.If you're dependable, ready to learn, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to meet you!What You'll Be DoingBuild and assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, and specificationsUse hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and correctlyMeasure, position, fit, and assemble componentsRead work orders and follow production instructionsVerify materials and components before beginning workInspect your work throughout the assembly process to ensure qualityIdentify and report damaged, incorrect, or defective materials and componentsMake adjustments as needed to ensure proper fit and assemblyKeep materials, tools, and completed products organized throughout the production processMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork with your team to meet daily production goalsFollow established manufacturing processes and proceduresFollow all safety procedures and quality standardsHelp identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiencyAssist in other production areas when neededWe're Looking for Someone Who Is:Reliable and dependableComfortable working with their handsAble to accurately use a tape measureMechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand and power toolsDetail-oriented and able to follow instructionsAble to work accurately while maintaining a steady production pacePositive and eager to learnA team player with a strong work ethicAble to work independently when neededComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentSafety-conscious and willing to follow established proceduresCommitted to producing clean, accurate, quality workPrevious manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, fabrication, or other hands-on experience is helpful, but not required.
