Your work will be hands-on and involve partnering closely with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing leadership to define hiring needs for highly technical, often hard-to-find quality talent, influence process improvements and efficiencies, and set a high bar of talent and performance. To achieve this, you will be given the autonomy and tools to execute, build, and develop Anduril's world-class Quality team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting and talent mapping, excited to be part of a lean and nimble team on one mission together, where no task is too big or too small.What You'll DoOwn and drive hiring strategy full-cycle across the Quality organization — with a primary focus on Product Quality Engineering — providing effective, clear communication and reportingAct as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and candidate managementConduct a high volume of interviews, demonstrating ability to anticipate and influence hiring manager preferences through successful interview-to-offer conversion ratiosEngage and source passive candidates — Product Quality, Supplier Quality, and Process Quality Engineers — using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and referralsBuild talent maps across the Product Quality, Supplier Quality, and broader Quality Engineering communities to generate market insights that inform your engagement strategyDrive diverse talent into the organization ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpointRepresent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externally at the highest caliberLeverage internal resources, teammates, and cross-functional partners to build strategy around selling our value proposition and impacting hiring practicesRequired Qualifications8+ years of full-cycle technical talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top-tier engineering talent, including demonstrated experience recruiting Product Quality Engineers and adjacent quality talent (e.g., PFMEA, APQP/PPAP, RCCA/8D, CAPA, SPC/MSA, GD&T, first article/FAI, DPPM)3+ years of experience working with senior-level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, creating and advising on talent strategiesExperience recruiting in a fast-paced in-house environment (agency background a plus), hiring exempt engineering roles in Product Quality, Supplier Quality, Process/Manufacturing Quality, or adjacent disciplines (Quality Systems, Reliability, or Mission Assurance Engineering)Preferred QualificationsExperience building a talent acquisition function from the ground up for a greenfield locationExperience hiring into aerospace, defense, or other regulated/safety-critical industries, with working knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring practicesFamiliarity with the credentialing landscape for quality engineers (e.g., ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) and the quality management systems that govern the work (AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP), plus the universities and employers that produce this talentExperience acting in a consultative manner where your guidance has led to improved outcomes and positive candidate experiencesClear and effective communication with candidates to understand motivation, drivers, and fit within the organizationExperience managing various high-volume pipelines of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment processHighly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptableUS Salary Range$146,000—$180,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
