Industrial Electrician

Industrial Electrician - Alliance, OHPay Range: $28.00 - $33.00/HR Full-Time Permanent Position with BenefitsIn this role you will oversee, inspect, repair, install, troubleshoot complex electrical systems, work with high-voltage equipment, diagnose PLCs, wire all electrical apparatuses, devices, and circuits across our manufacturing facility, and partner with plant Electrical Engineers to ensure maximum operational reliability and safety.ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, repair, and wire electrical circuits, power feeds, apparatuses, and devices of any voltage throughout the facility.Utilize a laptop PC to interface with PLC processors, monitor variables, upload software, force logic, and replace AC/DC motor drives, sensors, and analog components.Isolate circuits, dismantle, clean, adjust, and lubricate electrical assemblies and sub-components in full compliance with safety protocols.Repair and configure radio controls, transmitters, and mechanical/electrical components on overhead cranes and facility locomotives.Read and analyze complex blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to trace power feeds and resolve non-repetitive electrical issues.Inspect air compressor reservoirs, perform oil maintenance, and report mechanical or structural failures to leadership.Collaborate with Maintenance Foremen and plant Electrical Engineers to plan scheduled maintenance, resolve emergency outages, and optimize workflow.Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, lock- out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures, and the PTC Quality Management System.RequirementsHigh School Diploma, Vocational School Certificate, or GED.Strong working knowledge of standard electrical principles, NEC codes, and wiring specifications.Proficiency using tradesman tools, multimeters, and electrical testing equipment.Computer literacy, with experience navigating industrial PC programs and equipment software.Strong analytical, diagnostic, and math skills with the ability to interpret technical diagrams.4+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.Electrical Journeyman Card or equivalent state certification.BenefitsPaid Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance, HSA option401K Retirement Plan, Company MatchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)$1,000 Sign-On Bonus, Referral BonusAnnual College Scholarships
