Refrigeration Technician - 1st Shift!

1st shift: 5:30am - 3pm Monday - Thursday and 6:00am - 10am Friday $25plus

What You'll Do

As a Refrigeration Technician, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining high-quality commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. You'll work independently or with a skilled installation team to ensure systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to code.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain commercial/industrial refrigeration piping systems
• Perform piping layout, fabrication, and system preparation
• Brazing and soldering of refrigeration piping and components
• Assist with pressure and leak testing for system commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications
• Collaborate with installation teams as needed

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

• Strong experience with refrigeration piping and brazing
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams
• 2+ years of experience in pipefitting, refrigeration piping, or HVAC/R installation
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification
• Trade school education or pipefitting apprenticeship experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
