First Officer — Path to Captain with Balanced Schedule

You will work under FAA rules, deliver exceptional service, and maintain safety while returning home to base most nights. Expect 3-5 legs per day across 14-16 days per month, with onboarding training and opportunities to advance to Captain as you gain hours.
