We’re currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team, a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamlining a bumpy process to stock a supply cart. The Housekeeping Manager is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service. Leading by example may lead you to incredible growth opportunities. Responsibilities Lead the Housekeeping team, streamline processes, manage supply stocks, identify challenges, motivate staff, and ensure outstanding service for guests. Qualifications Passionate about hospitality and cleanliness. Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel setting. Post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Advanced knowledge of housekeeping operations, strong leadership, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excellent communication, both verbal and written. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation. Salary $82,000 annualized.
