Mold Technician

As a Mold Technician, You Will Full Disassembly and reassembly of molds Cleaning of mold components (hand and tank processes) Cleaning and changing of ultrasonic wash unit and coolant tanks In-Press mold preventative maintenance Perform mold component conversions in multi-cavity tooling Housekeeping and 5S activity Hydraulic Cylinder Maintenance and Repair Repair of molds for increased cavitation. Problem solving. Root cause analysis of issues Use of mold books, torque charts and SOP’s Qualifications Strong mechanical ability, organizational skills and communication Use of hand and pneumatic tools High school diploma or GED Ability to work well within a team environment as well as self-directed Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs.
