You aren't just checking off a punch list; you're shaping the final result and delivering the Ultimate Client Experience. Variety is the Standard One day you're framing, the next you're setting tile or perfecting trim. You'll use your full range of skills on high-caliber, award-winning projects. Focus on the Craft If you've run your own business, you know the headache of sales, marketing, and bookkeeping. We handle all of that. You get to focus on doing great work on site. What You'll Do Perform hand-on work across multiple trades: framing, trim carpentry, drywall, tile, and light plumbing/electrical. Take ownership of project progress and ensure quality at every stage. Collaborate with your Production Manager to keep schedules on track. Communicate with clients and your team to keep projects running smoothly. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site. Document progress using Buildertrend (we'll provide the training). What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling. Versatility: You're a "Swiss Army Knife" of trades, particularly skilled in rough and finish carpentry. Communication: You're comfortable talking to clients and teammates with clarity and respect. Ownership: You are organized, self-motivated, and take pride in doing things the right way the first time.
