Contract Support Lead - Contract Life Cycle Management (Provider and Physician) Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work Location: Texas Health Corporate, 612 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011 Work Hours: Full Time Days (40hours) 8:00AM - 5:00PM Position Summary: Support a primary focus area (within a centralized team) responsible for drafting, reviewing, redlining, executing, and amending agreements to mitigate risks and ensure compliance process are followed. What You Will Do: Primary Focus: Support a primary focus contracting group in the Provider area for physicians facing contracts. Contract Drafting and Review: Draft from templates, review, and process contracts to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements and align with company policies. Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request in Icertis through execution, renewal, amendments, and data management, using the Icertis platform. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, hospital stakeholders, and finance teams, to gather requirements and ensure contract terms meet business needs. Provide training and support to users of the Icertis platform, contract requesters, and contract owners to ensure effective utilization and adherence to best practices. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in the Icertis system. Ensure all contract data is properly entered and managed. What You Need: Education Bachelor's Degree required Experience 5 Years Contract administration experience in biotech, pharma, hospital, healthcare or legal environment required 5 Years CLM experience and working knowledge of contract language and laws and regulations preferred required Why Texas Health?
