Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and support guests and staff with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including entrances, sales floor areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and help to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and routine observation. Assist with access control, closing procedures, and/or other assigned post duties that support daily operations at the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
