About the Role: A Reach Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a reach truck forklift to move, store, and retrieve materials within a warehouse or distribution center up to 30-foot high. This role focuses on handling palletized inventory in narrow aisles and elevated storage locations while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards. What You Need to Be Successful: Operate a reach truck to transport, load, unload, and stack materials in warehouse racking systems Place and retrieve pallets from high rack locations with precision Ensure accurate product placement and inventory movement according to warehouse procedures Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company policies Assist with inventory counts, order picking, and staging of materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support workflow and productivity Be able to lift 20-40 pounds frequently Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent Travel: None What We Offer: We believe our team members are our greatest investment, which is why we offer a competitive total rewards package designed to support you at every stage of your career and life.
