Senior IT Support Specialist - PC & Network Troubleshooter

Tarrant County College is seeking an IT Support Specialist to identify, analyze and solve business problems through testing PC-based solutions. You will work independently on maintenance and troubleshooting of current PC configurations and assist a Senior Support Specialist with large and/or complex installations. You will provide telephone, remote and on-site technical support; install and maintain software and hardware; manage user accounts and security; train end users; and participate in #J-18808-Ljbffr Tarrant County College
