Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant corporate laws and securities regulations.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of relevant corporate law experience.
• Strong track record in handling complex corporate transactions and advisory work.
• In-depth knowledge of South African corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
