As a Fleet Tech – Field Service, you will transport 8‑wide mobile storage equipment safely and perform job‑site work such as block, level, skirt, and more. You will also diagnose and repair mobile storage units on customer job‑sites and work closely with all branch members to ensure compliance with company standards. What You’ll Do Fleet delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup of 8‑wide mobile offices Review driver’s dispatch sheet for clarity, including directions to customer job sites Complete inspection prior to pickup Perform scheduled site services Complete all required documentation Perform service call repairs Complete necessary installation and setup Maintain equipment cleanliness; meet cleanliness standards on each assignment Care for and control tools and supplies Operate equipment in a safe manner Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proficient use of hand tools, including cordless drill, air hose/compressor, buffer, heat gun, propane torch, air tools, tile cutter, saws, auger, forklift, etc. Knowledge of repairing, removing, and installing floors, tile, roofs, walls, framing, doors, leaks, caulking, windows, screens, painting, electrical, plumbing, filters/dampers, replacing skins, trim Familiarity with hooking mobile office to power source Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs. frequently Benefits Paid parental leave United Compassion Fund Employee discount program Career development and promotional opportunities Additional vacation buy‑up program (US only) Early wage access through PayActiv (US hourly only) Paid sick leave An inclusive and welcoming culture Learn more about our full US benefit offerings here.
