Requisitos Clave:

  • El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia como reparador de concreto (Concrete Patchman/Patcher) en construcción comercial, civil o industrial, estará familiarizado con herramientas eléctricas básicas y seguirá instrucciones detalladas para la producción de productos de concreto.

  • Inspeccionar productos de concreto prefabricado en busca de defectos superficiales como vacíos de aire, astilladuras, panalización o grietas.

  • Mezclar y aplicar materiales de reparación para corregir defectos utilizando llanas, esmeriladoras, brochas y otras herramientas de acabado.

  • Igualar el color, la textura y el acabado de los parches con las superficies de concreto circundantes.

  • Lijar, esmerilar o emparejar las áreas reparadas para cumplir con las especificaciones de acabado requeridas.

  • Usar agentes adherentes, selladores y aditivos según sea necesario.

  • Colaborar con los equipos de control de calidad y producción para asegurar la calidad del producto.

  • Mantener herramientas y área de trabajo en condiciones limpias y seguras.

  • Seguir los protocolos de seguridad, incluido el uso de EPP, protección contra caídas y manejo de químicos.

  • Completar documentación o reportes relacionados con reparaciones y trabajos de parcheo.

Turnos:

  • Lunes a viernes

  • 4:00 pm – 1:30 AM

Key Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience as a Concrete Patchman/ Patcher working in commercial, civil, or industrial construction environment, be familiar with basic power tools, and follow detailed instructions for the production of concrete products..

  • Inspect precast concrete products for surface defects such as air voids, chips, honeycombing, or cracks

  • Mix and apply patching materials to repair defects using trowels, grinders, brushes and other finishing tools

  • Match patch color, texture, and finish to surrounding concrete surfaces

  • Sand, grind, or blend repaired areas to meet required finish specifications

  • Use bonding agents, sealers, and additives as needed

  • Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure product quality

  • Maintain tools and work area in clean, safe condition

  • Follow safety protocols including PPE usage, fall protection, and chemical handling

  • Complete documentation or reports related to repairs and patching work


Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday 
  • 4:00 pm to 1:30 am
  • Weekends and overtime required based on production needs

  • Permanent
