Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities Order to Cash Consultation: Walking through each step of a client’s supply chain and evaluating each step for efficiency and accuracy. Internal Training: Training retail managers and specialists on solutions to supply chain challenges faced by clients. Deduction Clearance Project Management: Guiding a team through disputing and recovering errant chargebacks, shortage invoices, and price claims. Fee Reduction: Identifying root cause of incurred costs and building plans to avoid them. Client Education: Hosting and participating in collaborative learning sessions with cross‑function teams (sales, operations, customer service) across industry‑leading brands. Qualifications Knowledge of eCommerce logistical processes, preferably Amazon. High attention to detail and a desire for perfection. Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple client projects. Ability to analyze client data and translate it into actionable insights. Consultative mindset focused on helping others learn, problem‑solve, and succeed. Program‑management experience overseeing ongoing projects and managing others’ time. Confidence in public speaking to present to senior‑level roles within clients’ organizations. Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn about new processes as they are introduced. Preferred Qualifications: Amazon Vendor Central experience. Amazon Seller Central supply‑chain experience. Walmart supply‑chain deductions/chargebacks knowledge.
