Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Security Service Technician to join our security business unit. Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems.
• Assist with new programming and re-programming of related security software
• End-user training
• Provide technical phone support to customers
• Electronics and mechanical aptitude

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2-4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems
• Typical work hours are between 8:00am-4:30pm
• Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• LEA Certification
• Industry experience with emphasis on computer software operations
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Ability to wire and troubleshoot relay logic
• Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AXIS, Commend, Bosch, Redscan)
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify electronic door hardware
• Basic network troubleshooting

Pay Range: The hourly pay range for this position is $35$50 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
