In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support access control procedures for restricted areas, data-sensitive spaces, and/or visitor management processes.
• Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
