Behavior Technician / Behavioral Specialist

Job Title: ABA Behavior Technician (Part-Time). Location: In-Home & Community-Based (In-Person). Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE. What You’ll Do As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping children grow, learn, and thrive. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, using ABA strategies to support their development and reduce challenging behaviors—with guidance and support from our clinical team. Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniques. Make learning fun through structured play and interactive activities. Track progress and collect data on skill development and behaviors. Communicate with families and team members to ensure consistent support. Help adapt therapy plans to fit each child’s unique needs. Bring creativity, energy, and patience to every session. What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be an expert—we provide full, paid training. What matters most is your passion for working with kids and your commitment to making a difference. Qualifications High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus. A love for working with children and a desire to learn and grow. Strong communication and observation skills. Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently in home and community settings. Tech‑savvy and organized, with a positive and creative mindset.
