Rossi Insurance Agency is seeking an energetic and bilingual professional to join our team as a Bilingual Telemarketer (English/Spanish) . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations.

As a key member of our agency, you'll help connect prospective clients with our insurance team by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and introducing customers to products that can help protect what matters most. No insurance license is required to startwe provide training, support, and assistance with obtaining your insurance license for those interested in growing their career within the agency.

Position Overview
As a Bilingual Telemarketer, you will communicate with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking prospects to introduce agency services, identify potential insurance needs, and schedule appointments for our licensed insurance professionals.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys connecting with people, and wants an opportunity to grow into future insurance sales or customer service positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using agency-provided leads and resources
• Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking prospects
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients
• Identify customer interest and schedule appointments for agency team members
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up activities
• Support marketing and lead generation initiatives
• Follow established scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
• Work closely with agency team members to help achieve business goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving results
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn new systems and computer applications
• Dependable, coachable, and eager to learn
• Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, sales, or telemarketing experience is a plus but not required
• Property/Casualty insurance license must be obtained after hire.
