Diesel Mechanic Reliable | Skilled | Problem Solver
Location: Owatonna, MN Pay: $28–$35/hour, based on experience — plus steady overtime available (many of our technicians run 45–58 hours/week, putting total annual earnings well above $70,000, with some technicians earning over $100,000) Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 3% IRA match

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing semi trucks and trailers to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and trailers
- Perform work on engines, brakes, electrical systems, and related components
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine root causes
- Complete preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Ensure all equipment is safe and road-ready
Qualifications
- Diesel mechanic experience (semi experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- CDL preferred, but not required
- Minnesota DOT certification preferred, but not required
- Must have your own tools
- Reliable and able to work independently
