Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential healthcare candidates using our unique platform combined with your personal network.

Reach out to candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess interest levels.

Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations.

Keep in touch with leads to nurture interest and assist in their hiring journey.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management in our applicant tracking system.

Earn commission for every meeting set, interview conducted, and successful hire made from your leads.

Required Qualifications
