About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing the company's vision, driving innovation, and ensuring the relevance and influence of the organization in the rapidly changing global supply chain landscape. This role requires a strategic, innovative, and financially astute leader who can foster a high-performance culture and work collaboratively with the Board to align strategic priorities with organizational activities. The CEO will also be the chief spokesperson, responsible for the global positioning of the brand and effective communication with members, stakeholders, and the broader business community. Key responsibilities for the CEO include mission advancement, global visibility, financial stewardship, revenue diversification, and a strong focus on member and certification needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic and operational leadership, with the ability to lead the organization in its growth and expansion, both domestically and internationally. They should be adept at fostering industry partnerships, leading staff, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and high performance. The CEO will be expected to have a strong background in the industry, with the ability to engage in strategic advocacy and be a trusted, values-driven leader. A background in global supply chain management, a commitment to the organization's mission, and a focus on continuous learning and professional growth are essential.
