Director of Growth Marketing
$150k - $175kLinguava
The Role: The Growth Architect Behind the Brand Marketing at Linguava isn't just about getting our name out there. It's about creating meaningful connections between Linguava and the healthcare organizations that need better language access, turning those connections into opportunities, and helping our business grow in a way that advances our mission. As our Director of Growth Marketing, you'll be the strategic architect behind that growth. You'll own the full marketing ecosystem, from demand generation and pipeline acceleration to brand, content, digital, social, communications, events, and customer engagement. You'll partner closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and Sales leadership to build a marketing engine that creates demand, strengthens our market position, and delivers measurable revenue impact. This is a big-picture role for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader who can also roll up their sleeves. You'll lead a team, shape our marketing organization, manage our budget and agency partners, and bring together creative storytelling and rigorous performance measurement. Most importantly, you'll help tell the Linguava story in a way that makes people understand why language access matters and why Linguava is uniquely positioned to deliver it.
Position Summary The Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of Linguava's end-to-end marketing ecosystem. You'll lead demand generation and pipeline strategy while providing strategic direction across digital marketing, content, social media, communications, events, and brand. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Client Success, and executive leadership to ensure marketing is closely aligned with business priorities and revenue goals. This role combines strategic leadership, team development, creative direction, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on growth experimentation. You'll be responsible for building a marketing function that is measurable, scalable, and designed to support Linguava's next stage of growth.
What You'll Do
Build the Growth & Demand Generation Engine
You understand how the pieces fit together. Brand, demand generation, content, digital, sales, and customer experience aren't separate functions to you. They're parts of one growth engine. The Strategic Operator
You can zoom out to build the five-year vision and zoom in to figure out what needs to happen this week. You're comfortable creating strategy and then making sure it actually gets executed. The Revenue-Minded Marketer
You understand that great marketing should create measurable business value. You know your CAC from your LTV, understand pipeline contribution, and can connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes. The Brand Builder
You know how to turn a mission into a compelling story. You can protect and strengthen a brand while still making sure it evolves with the business. The Experimenter
You're curious and willing to test, learn, adjust, and try again. You don't need every answer before taking the first step. The Data-Informed Decision Maker
You love a good dashboard, but you also know that numbers need context. You use data to make better decisions, not simply to create reports. The Executive Partner
You can sit at the leadership table, communicate complex ideas clearly, challenge assumptions respectfully, and translate business strategy into marketing action. The Team Builder
You develop people, create clarity, and know how to build a marketing organization that can grow with the company. The Mission-Driven Leader
You're motivated by work that matters. You understand that language access is an essential part of equitable healthcare and want to help more organizations understand its impact.
Required Qualifications
You create marketing that starts with understanding the people we serve, from healthcare leaders and clients to interpreters, providers, and patients. Doing the Right Thing
You build trust through honest messaging, responsible marketing practices, and thoughtful stewardship of company resources. Pursuit of Progress
You continuously test, learn, improve, and look for better ways to help Linguava grow. Above & Beyond Service
You treat every audience interaction as an opportunity to create value and strengthen the Linguava experience. Have Each Other's Back
You build strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Product, Client Success, and the broader organization.
