$55 - $60 per hourVaco has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization that is seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to provide interim support during a key finance leadership transition. The company was recently acquired by a public company and is navigating new reporting requirements, creating an immediate need for a hands-on finance professional who can support forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis efforts. Job Title : FP&A Consultant (Part-Time) Location : Tempe, AZ (Hybrid) Pay Rate : $55 - $60 per hour Project Duration : 3-6 months Hours : Approximately 16 hours per week Start Date : ASAP Responsibilities Include : Prepare and maintain a weekly 13-week cash flow forecast for reporting to the parent company Support monthly close activities and financial reporting requirements Perform budget-to-actual analysis and identify key business drivers Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations during a period of organizational transition Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred 5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience Manufacturing industry experience required Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities Must be local to the Phoenix area and able to be onsite occasionally
